Game publishers pay (a lot) for EAC on a subscription basis. If a game's online multiplayer servers are not very popular then it might make sense to disable the EAC, try to catch and manage any multiplayer cheating in-house, and focus on selling the game on the strength of its single-player campaign.
Turn down Anti-Aliasing (Optional) Go to Video settings, and set MSAA to Off or 2. 3. Disable Post FX effects (Optional) Go to Documents / My Games / Far Cry 3 / GamerProfile.xml. Find, edit and set PostFxQuality="false". Note: Do not change graphics in-game otherwise it will revert. 4. Limit FPS to fix micro stutters.

The entire campaign is coop but the player joining anothers game does not gain any progress. I don't know about the hamachi thing I played FC4 coop without any problems. Thanks for the answer my guy.
